New faces in the TNM super league

 Friends of Mulanje orphans (FOMO) fc has been promoted to play in the super league after their win against Ntopwa fc. A Mulanje based team will represent southern region of Malawi in the premier league. Other teams that has been promoted are Baka city from northern region and Kawinga fc from central region.

FOMO fc

FOMO FC have been crowned Champions of the Thumbs Up Southern Region Football League after defeating Ntopwa FC 4-2 on post-match penalties following a one-all draw in regulation time. FOMO's Chimwemwe Kamowa scored the first goal of the match just 3 minutes into the game and Ntopwa equalised through Japhet Kamzimbi at 14 minutes 

Karonga based Baka City FC have been promoted to the country’s elite TNM Super League after winning the Northern Region Football Association Simso Innobuild Premier League Division, with two games to play.

Kawinga fc will represent central region in the country's elite super league tnm after finishing on position one in chipiku plus. The team is sponsored by Creck hardware.

The newly promoted teams Baka city, Kawinga fc and Friends of Mulanje orphans (FOMO) are hoping to survive in the league. Sports analysts has advised these teams to sign experienced players to reinforce their teams.

New head coach at Manoma

Mighty mukuru wanderers has appointed Nswanzurimo Ramadhan as their new head coach after the resignation of Mark Harrison, Harrison is now a head coach in Mozambique for UD song.
