TNM pumps in millions into the super league

Malawi's leading telecommunications limited compony Telecom Networks Malawi (TNM) that supports Malawi's top tier league has increased money allocation to teams playing in the super league starting this year. The compony will be giving K500 million kwacha and the winner of the league will be pocketing k100 million kwacha. 
New money allocation for winners in the TNM super league 

There are sixteen teams that are currently participating in our top league tier in Malawi, and each team will be given k10 million at the beginning of new season, this money will be used by the teams to prepare for the new season.

The winner of the super league will be given k100 million at the end of the season after finishing ahead of all 15 teams. The winner of the super league prize has increased from k40 million to k100 million which is 150% increment. The runners up will be given k40 million and the third place team will be given k30 million kwacha.  


The team that has improved very well other than other all teams in the super league will be given k4 million kwacha at the end of the season. The supporters that showed discipline throughout the entire season will be given a k1 million kwacha at the end of the super league season.

Player of the season will be given k3 million kwacha at the end of Super league season. The player of the season will be voted by different stakeholders in the league. Top goal scorer will be given k3 million kwacha at the end of the season. Top goal scorer will be a player that scored more goals in the league than any other player. 

Best goalkeeper will be given k1 million kwacha at the end of Super league season. The goalkeeper with more clean sheets in the super league at that season will be crowned as best goalkeeper. Best midfielder will also be given k1 million at the end of Super league season.

Coach of the season will be awarded with k1 million kwacha. The coach that has led his/her team to win the league will have a high chance of winning. Rookie of the season will be awarded with k1 million kwacha at the end of the season and lastly 4 best referees will be given k300 thousand each.

Mighty mukuru wanderers has appointed Nswanzurimo Ramadhan as their new head coach after the resignation of Mark Harrison, Harrison is now a head coach in Mozambique for UD song.
